Money Back Guarantee

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase and choose to return it, we will issue a refund (minus shipping and handling costs), except in the case of special orders and giclée canvas prints which are non-refundable.

This money back guarantee is subject to the following terms, conditions & exceptions:

The purchaser must contact our customer service within 14 days of their intent to return or exchange the photographic print and to receive return authorization and instructions. The print must be returned to us within 30 days of its original ship date. This money back guarantee requires that the photograph is returned in its original packaging in the original condition. We reserve the right to return without refund any print that is damaged or to reduce the refund to compensate for the damage. If we decide to take this action, we will contact the purchaser to discuss the options. The purchaser is responsible for assuring the print is returned to us on the time schedule above.

Any refund will be in the same form as used for the original purchase.

If the purchase arrives damaged upon receipt by the purchaser, the purchaser should contact our customer service within 3 days. We will arrange for and bear the cost of inspection and return shipment of the damaged print. The damaged print will then be replaced by us.

We reserve the right to retract this offer unilaterally for any individual or organization at anytime for any reason. If retracted, this will not affect any previous orders shipped when the money back guarantee was in effect. Purchasers of orders in process but not shipped will be contacted if this money back guarantee is retracted.
